摘要

A method for direct analysis of tepraloxydim and its main metabolites in water has been established by solid-phase extraction and HPLC-UV determination. It is demonstrated that chlorine added to disinfect tap water eliminates any possible residual tepraloxydim. Therefore, only the analytical method for determination of oxazol and imine metabolites of tepraloxydim has been validated to an LOQ of 0.1 μg·L−1, required by the Drinking Water Directive. This method has been validated following the most recent guidelines released by the European Commission on residue analytical methods.
