摘要

The big market numbers for flexible circuits worldwide are being driven by just one major factor: mobile phones. This huge market is driving the development of material and process technologies but only as these apply to the particular needs of the mobile phone in use and in assembly. Big consumer markets for flex outside of mobile phones are digital still and video cameras, all of which use flex, and some use flex-rigid. Flat panel TVs and displays all use flex for the display drivers.
