Being recently appointed the new chief executive of WRAP, how are you settling into the role? "I've loved every minute of it, as I knew I would. My WRAP colleagues and friends in the sector have been great in wholeheartedly welcoming me into the role. Already though they have come forward with various suggestions on ways forward, and what's preoccupying their thoughts. They know I welcome that approach, and it's why I am keeping them close to my thoughts on how we build on the great work that we do. "Externally I have been keen to get out early and speak to industry and business leaders, but also government figures, and it was good to get an opportunity to speak early on with Therese Coffey."
