As you'll no doubt be aware by now, ESA and CIWM have joined forces to create Resources and Waste UK (R&WUK), a powerful new voice for the sector which draws upon the strength of both supporting organisations. As part of that agreement, ESA will provide the Journal's readers with a policy round-up each month, featuring some of the key issues that ESA's Policy Team has been covering for its members and raising with external stakeholders. This is an exciting new benefit for ESA and CIWM members alike, which will improve the access to policy insight and news that you already enjoy. I hope you find these pages interesting and useful.
