BAM Building Limited is the wholly owned Main Building Contracting division of the BAM Contractors Group. The company's Dougishka Schools PPP project involved the construction of two new schools and two special needs units on site. During the construction, "resource efficiency audits" were completed to assess practices on site in relation to waste management, energy management, water management and carbon emissions. In total there were 78 audits carried out over the course of the project and there were 132 observation forms submitted, detailing how improvements could be made.
