AS 2010 drew to a close, an exciting new development was taking place, which saw the organisers of both the Recycling and Waste Management (RWM) exhibition and Futuresource joining forces to help deliver one new event, starting this year.CIWM and its Futuresource partner - the Environmental Services Association - and RWM organiser, Emap, have taken on board exhibitor, visitor and industry feedback that the UK recycling and waste management market needs only one major exhibition and reached the decision to combine the two events. A press release circulated on the day of the agreement stated: "It is the view of all parties that by working in partnership and combining the two exhibitions, a truly outstanding event can be delivered that meets the needs of a rapidly growing sector and is able to compete internationally."
