A few issues ago CIWM ran a competition in conjunction with Agripa for one local authority to win one of its advertising systems worth £1600. Well, both CIWM and Agripa are delighted to be able to say that Harborough District Council has now taken delivery of the system, but not before a specially designed version was put in place by Agripa's business development manager, Stephen Leishman (right) who was onrnhand to present the prize to Harborough's technical services manager, Brendan Coleman (left), and communications officer, Jane Strachan (centre).rn"We were surprised, but delighted to win," said Strachan, "and the more vehicles we can get branded the more we can continue to raise the profile of the Council."
