In the November issue of Wastes Management we published the text of a letter written by Steven Kelly of SJK Waste Management to 24 MPs and MEPs to stimulate discussion on the problems facing companies involved with the disposal of contaminated soil. Steven received a formal response from John Healey MP, Economic Secretary to the Treasury, arranged via Joan Ruddock MP. Here we bring you John Healey's response and Steven Kelly's reply to his letter.
