The combination of an eighth-generation quad-core i5 chip and MX 150 graphics makes this an excellent all-round laptop, let down only by the poor colour reproduction of its Full HD touchscreen. Seven-hour battery life is adequate, and it's nicely made. With a decent 8GB RX 570 graphics card and a stonking Ryzen 5 2600X processor, this all-round PC shows what Intel and Nvidia have to worry about. Expansion isn't great, but there's a 512GB SSD and 1TB hard drive. Now with a faster processor and supporting Apple's Pencil stylus (£89), this is a brilliant full-size tablet at an unbeatable price. Has 32GB and no microSD slot, so also consider the 128GB version at a still reasonable £409.
