A well-respected confectionery consultant has won this year's Alfred Stauder Award for Excellence. John Lee, who has worked with numerous confectionery companies over his 30 years in the industry including as technical manager at Darrell Lea, was chosen as the winner of this year's award. In its 25th year, the award recognises an individual's significant contribution to the confectionery industry in the form of research, development and marketing of business.
