With Governance and Knowledge Management for Public Private Partnerships, the authors tackle die subject of PPP/PFI through an original approach. While most books on PPP examine specific issues such as risk management, legal aspects, finance or cost planning, these authors address another perspective. Their main argument is that need for appropriate governance as well as for knowledge management is: 1.mainly justified in this type of contract; 2.critical to improve the PFI/PPP projects. Both of these proposals are examined, before addressing some questions to the authors.
