“I fall else fails, read the ins tructions.” for most engineers, instruction manuals are a despised last resort. Technical documentation often provides more frustration than help. We''ve all furrowed our brows over assembly instructions, squinted at black-and-white, low-resolution illustrations of screw callouts, and scratched our heads trying to interpret some form of technobabble. This is unacceptable in the 21st century. As chief executive officer (CEO) of iFixit (Figure 1) and Dozuki, I am here to help.
