Russells Construction has made two new board appointments. It has promoted Phil Jay to the position of project director and Lee Downs (pictured) to financial director. After four years as pre-construction director at William Verry, Geoff Taylor has taken up a new position as chief executive of The General Group, which includes General Demolition. The appointment will take effect from 2 February.
