This article deals with the cross-border cultural actions developed in the context of Euro-regions and with the “inter-territorial cultural policy” that these seem to introduce. It focuses on two contemporary case studies, in particular: the Eurorégion Pyrénées-Méditerranée and the Greater Region. From “local to global”, inter-territoriality can be apprehended at different levels representing particular stakes and scales for the development of cultural actions in a Euroregional context.
