Molecular Genetic Analysis of Sorghum Cultivated in Ukraine

摘要

PCR-based analysis of polymorphism between genera and species of sorghum, soryz, and related forms (maize, rice) was carried out. The level of polymorphism reached 100% within the sample, while interspecific polymorphism (sorghum and soryz species) amounted to 96.2%, thus evidencing the wide range of variation between the studied species. Genotypes formed clusters according to their specific belonging.
