摘要

The time course for structural changes in peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils in children irradiated during intrauterine development and at posterior stages of their ontogenesis were studied by electron microscopy. Significant changes in lymphocyte ultrastructure involving the increased convolutions of nuclear membrane were accompanied by dilated perinuclear space, increased density of mitochondrial matrix, crist irregularity, cytoplasmic cisterns hypertrophy, and irregularity in electron-dense granules. Structural changes in neutrophils involved focal dilation of perinuclear space, decreased amount of glycosomes, granule irregularity, presence of vacuoles, degranulation of cytoplasm and nuclear hypersegmentation.
