TH Food Chain Joint Stock Company of Vietnam has introduced TH true UHT Pure Fresh Milk in 180ml cartons. The company says the product consists of "completely pure fresh milk from the TH farm, with no additional milk powder or fat." It is availa- ble in chocolate, strawberry, sweetened, less sugar and pure milk. Price is VND31,000 (€1.29) per pack. The firm has also developed two cheese products for the local market: Natural Cheese TH true Cheese Mozzarella 200g, sold for VND70,000 (€2.90), and string cheese mozzarella, retailing at VND75,000 (€3.11) for 8x25g strings.
