First Milk will be launching The Lake District Dairy cooking sauces range later this year in the UK. This brand extension builds on the success of First Milk's Quark range that was launched 14 months ago, the company says. Since then, sales of The Lake District Dairy Co range have led to the category nearly doubling in size in the UK. The sauces are based on the company's quark recipe and will be available in three flavours: garlic and herb, tikka and tomato and basil.
