Vitafoods International, the Global Nutraceutical Event, is being held 8-10 May in Geneva, Switzerland. It is celebrating its ten-year anniversary and a range of experts will be on hand to discuss heart health, obesity, gut health, anti-ageing and nutrigenomics in a series of seminars. New this year is Vitaroma, where visitors can experience flavours and aromas from around the world through five aspects: touch, taste, smell, experience and learning. The Finished Products Expo returns this year for visitors to compare and contrast finished products. Exhibitors too will be showcasing their newest nutraceuticals, including dairy stalwarts such as Danisco and Chr Hansen. New Zealand and Scotland also have national pavilions at the show.
