It is hoped that database publishers who are criticized will clean up their acts, and that those who are praised will be encouraged. While using databases that are not our primary, main-stream sources, most of us encounter the good, the bad and the ugly, and often pass by them with a smile or a frown. I often wish to bring up some enchanting or irritating database or search feature in my writings, but the context of the column or the article may not be appropriate.
