This conglomerate of countries and institutions are under any circumstances is a very bad mix of countries and terrorists. But the Divine works in mysterious ways and so it has come to pass that such a mix has come about. This conglomerate has come about for no other reason than the hiding the NATO and ISAF troops have been taking in Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban and the Al-Qaeda.rnIt all starts as if divine providence came into play towards the end of April and early in the month of May on Pakistan's side when the much maligned Nizam-e-Adl Bill was retained but the second part that dealt with the Taliban laying down arms seemed to be beyond Maulanarn1998 India made it known it was trying to go Thermonuclear or produce a Hydrogen bomb. I don't think this fact is lost on the Pakistani scientific and military community.
