The above facts, proposition and analysis make it clear that brotherly relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan are desperately needed. But the proposition for an integrated Pakhtunistan is not acceptable either to the Pashtun themselves or to the Government of Pakistan. Pakistan, an independent and sovereign nation, has already suffered by accommodating many refugees from neighboring Afghanistan for last three decades.
