本研究旨在研究成员参与Ullman读梦团体之影响与疗效因子。本研究邀请八位大学生成员参与两个周末,共24小时的读梦团体,成员于每次读梦结束后立即填写“团体治疗性因素量表简式”。团体治疗性量表简式结果显示,成员主观知觉有帮助的因素平均得分最高为“对团体的正向感觉”,其次是“行动力的引发”、“认知的获得”,之后依序为“共通性”、“建议的提供”、“利他性”及“自我坦露与分享”,“家庭关系的体验与了解”的平均分数最低。最后,研究者根据研究发现提出具体建议,作为实务工作者及未来研究之参考。The purpose of this study was to investigate therapeutic factors and effects of university students in the Ullman dream group, using workshop to work with dreams twice a week for 6 hours in two weeks. The research tools included: “Group Therapeutic Factor Inventory—Short Form”. In terms of the average score of the beneficial perception for each factor category in the 8 dream sessions the factor of “positive feeling toward the groups” had the highest score; factors of “solicitation of action abilities”, “cognitive gains”, “universality”, advices providing, altruism, self-disclosure and sharing ranks next; factor of “experience and understanding of family relationship” had the lowest score. Based on the results of the study, implications and recommendations for counseling practices and future research are discussed and outlined.
