In this study, we consider the parameter estimation of a three-parametercontinuous distribution, namely, power Lomax distribution proposed by[7], when the lifetime experiments are under Type-II Progressively Hy-brid censoring scheme. Expectation-Maximization algorithm was usedto compute the Maximum Likelihood Estimators. Simulation was usedto evaluate the performance of the maximum likelihood estimates interms of average biases and root mean square errors.
