The Earth-Moon time structure and mechanism are incorporated into DNA or RNA liable to synthesis of amino acids in a time-mass transition process under codon-anticodon assignment where lunar gravity or anti-gravity are significantly concerned. Analysing molecular weight of amino acids two anti-gravitational impulses have been found activated by dual codon-anticodon assignment directed to amino acid synthesis and some interesting matter have been found.
