Rapid Electrochemical Synthesis of Hydrogenated Graphene Oxide Using Ni Nanoparticles

摘要

A novel method for the rapid hydrogenation of graphene oxide (GO) is established using nickelnanoparticles (Ni NPs) and through electrochemical reaction. In-situ generated hydrogen and enhancedspillover on graphene sheet makes the hydrogenated graphene oxide (HGO) easily at roomtemperature. Initially, a well intercalated Ni-GO species was produced due to the nanosize effect ofnickel nanoparticles and promoted the homogenous hydrogenation of GO sheets. The structure,composition and morphology of GO, Ni-GO and HGO were fully characterized. I-V characteristics ofHGO showed very interesting properties such as hysteresis, resistive switching and rectifier properties.
