摘要

Three vinylene-benzothiadiazole based alternating copolymers with carbazole, 3,6-difluoro carbazoleand fluorene were prepared via Suzuki coupling polymerisation in the presence of catalytic amounts ofpalladium (II) acetate Pd(OAc)2 and tri-ortho-tolylphosphine. P(o-tol)3. The molecular weightsmeasured by gel permeation chromatography and copolymers were characterised by NMR, UV-Visspectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The physical properties and their band gaps are discussed inrelation with their donor units (carbazole and fluorene derivatives).
