Piaget’s theory of cognitive constructivism explains the cognitive development process as an adaptive process includingassimilation and accommodation. In this paper, we clarify what constructivism and cognitive constructivism are; specially clarify the conceptsrelated to the adaptive process in learning. On that basis, we propose a teaching process on the basis of Piaget's adaptive thesis and conductexperimental teaching as an illustration.
