The year 2015 was the year of changes, which result of enter the new act of financing the science into force. Through the last year have appeared many new reporting duties and related with them challenges. This article presents the most important occurrences the last year, presenting the reasons of made decisions and suggested directions of changes. The article is based on the experiences of Index Copernicus International, as the subject directly engaged in systems development.
