CHANGE PROPOSAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LEARNING ORGANIZATION GREEN IT BANKING ECOLOGICAL NETWORK-BASED INTELLIGENT, MOBILE BANKING AND ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS FOR UNIVERSAL BANKING
This research presents a proposed change to the development of a learningorganization Banking green IT, smart grid based on environmental,organizational and ethical banking to universal banking. The methodology isexploratory and descriptive turn. We conclude that Universal Bank shouldensure the active participation of the financial sector with governments andnongovernmental organizations to develop and improve laws andenvironmental standards in both national laws and international agreements.Also, promote the development of voluntary initiatives, including social,environmental and economic sustainable development and that are essentiallydesigned to improve the quality of life. Strategic guidelines are proposed thatemphasize the need for proper management of information andcommunication technology, to integrate strategies, ecological ethics and greentools that provide life to humanity.
