摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of quality control circle(QCC)activity in improving the comprehensive abilities of new recruited nurses in department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 〓This study included 32 junior nurses recruited in department of gynecology and obstetrics between December, 2014 and October, 2016. Totally 17 junior nurses were assigned to the control group and received conventional teaching method, and another 15 junior nurses as the observation group were given teaching method based on QCC activity. The comprehensive abilities of nursing operation, condition observation, emergency cooperation and nursing procedure were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓Nurses in the observation group achieved a higher score in assessment of nursing operation, condition observation, emergency cooperation and nursing procedure compared with those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion 〓The application of QCC activities in clinical teaching is potentially effective to improving the comprehensive abilities of junior nurse.
