：Objective To develop a rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)techniques for patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 〓The Delphi expert consensus method was conducted to select 19 experts, and 2 rounds of experts consultation were performed. The hospitalized pulmonary rehabilitation programs were established. Results 〓After 2 rounds of experts consultation, the positive coefficient were all 100.00%, the authority coefficient was 0.76. According to the results of consultation, a rehabilitation program consisting of several TCM techniques were established, TCM hot compress, TCM iontophoresis, massage therapy, paraffin therapy and medium-frequency electric stimulation. Conclusion 〓The rehabilitation program of TCM techniques were scientific, feasible, and could be applied to improve the rehabilitation of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
