摘要

:Objective To explore the effect of peer support in extended care of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 〓Totally 80 CHD patients undergoing PCI were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. In addition to the Routine postoperative care, the control group was given routine health education and telephone follow-up after discharge from hospital. The observation group was given a 6-month peer support education intervention on the basis of the control group. The self-management level of patients was evaluated by coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS), and the quality of life was evaluated by SF-36 health status questionnaire(SF-36). Results 〓The scores of CSMS and SF-36 were increased in both two groups after the intervention, and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Peer support education can significantly improve self-management skills and quality of life in patients after PCI for CHD.
机译::目的探讨同伴支持对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后患者扩大护理的效果。方法〓将80例行PCI的冠心病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。除了常规的术后护理外,对照组在出院后还接受了常规的健康教育和电话随访。观察组在对照组的基础上接受了为期六个月的同伴支持教育干预。用冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)评价患者的自我管理水平,用SF-36健康状况调查表(SF-36)评价生活质量。结果〓干预后两组CSMS和SF-36得分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论〓同伴支持教育可以显着提高冠心病PCI后患者的自我管理技能和生活质量。
