Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of programmed nursing intervention in reducing the risk of complication and improving quality of life in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 114 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing care while the observation group was applied with the programmed nursing intervention. The length of stay, incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. The FuglMeyer motor assessment scale (FMA) and functional independence measure (FIM) were applied for assessment of quality of life. Results The observation group had a shorter length of stay, lower incidence of complication and higher satisfaction rate compared with the control group(P<0.05). The score of FMA and FIM were higher in the observation than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion Programmed nursing intervention in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
