摘要

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety and satisfaction degree of the elderly patients with coronary stenting. Methods Sixty elderly patients (age≥70)  with coronary stents were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while the patients in the experimental group were given nursing interventions based on routine nursing. Level of anxiety before operation and 3 days after operation and satisfaction degree at hospital discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The level of anxiety and satisfaction degree in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Implementation of nursing intervention for elderly patients can significantly reduce the level of anxiety, improve the satisfaction degree and enhance compliance of the patients to the medical staffs.
机译：摘要：目的探讨护理干预对老年冠状动脉支架置入术患者焦虑和满意度的影响。方法将60例年龄≥70岁的冠状动脉支架置入患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施，实验组患者采用常规护理措施。比较两组患者术前，术后3天的焦虑程度和出院时的满意度。结果实验组焦虑水平和满意程度明显优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论实施老年患者护理干预可以显着降低焦虑水平，提高满意度，提高患者对医务人员的依从性。
