摘要

Abstract：Objective To explore nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway on acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction can be divided into control group with 35 cases and observation group with 37 cases. Time from admission to ECG results, time from admission to venous sampling time, time from admission to transferring time to PCI room of two groups were compared. Results The observation group had shorter stay time in the emergency room and PCI room(P0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction has significant efficacy and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
机译：摘要：目的探讨临床护理路径对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的急性心肌梗死患者的护理效果。方法将72例急性心肌梗死患者分为对照组35例和观察组37例。比较两组患者从入院到心电图检查的时间，从入院到静脉采样的时间，从入院到转移至PCI室的时间。结果观察组在急诊室和PCI室的住院时间较短（P <0.05）。结论PCI治疗急性心肌梗死的临床护理途径疗效显着，值得临床推广应用。
