：Objective To explore the application of doctor-nurse integration in nursing care of enteral nutrition supporting for critically ill patients in neurology intensive care unit. Methods 〓Totally 90 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from March to May 2018 were designed as control group and treated with traditional model for enteral nutrition, while 90 cases admitted from June to August 2018 were designed as observation group and carried out with doctor-nurse integration for enteral nutrition. The rates of diarrhea and incontinent dermatitis of two groups were compared. And the hospital homemade questionnaire was used to do a satisfaction survey of patients' family members. Results 〓Patients in observation group had lower rates of diarrhea(χ2=9.460, P=0.002)and incontinent dermatitis(χ2=4.390, P=0.036)than those in control group. The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.294, P=0.022). Conclusion 〓The application of doctor-nurse integration can effectively strengthen team cooperation between doctors and nurses, reduce the complications of enteral nutrition of critically ill patients in neurology intensive care unit, and improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
