Abstract：Objective To summarize the training method of emergency specialist nurses and related experience. Methods 〓Totally 178 nurses form the department of emergency, pre-hospital care and ICU participated in the training of specialist emergency care. The training included 1 month of theory training and 2 weeks of clinical practice. The assessment on theory knowledge and practice skills was carried out at the end of training. Results 〓All 178 nurses completed the theory training program and the clinical practice and passed the finial tests. Conclusion 〓The specialist training program benefits the emergency care skills of nurses and lays a good foundation of training for emergency specialist nurses.
