Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical value of sputum excretion nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 40 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given routine plus sputum excretion nursing intervention. Clinical nursing satisfaction degree and complications were compared between two groups. Results Satisfaction degree of observation group was 95%, the incidence rate of complications was 10%, which were significantly better than 60% and 25% of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Application of sputum excretion nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer can alleviate the sufferings and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
机译：摘要：目的探讨痰液排泄护理干预对肺癌患者的临床价值。方法将40例肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组常规加痰排泄护理干预。比较两组的临床护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果观察组满意率为95％，并发症发生率为10％，明显优于对照组的60％和25％（P <0.05）。结论痰排泄护理干预可以减轻肺癌的痛苦，降低并发症的发生率。
