Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of feed forward control in nursing intervention for prevention of druginduced doublesulfurlike reaction in outpatient and emergency departments. MethodsA total of 120 patients with drug-induced doublesulfurlike reaction in outpatient and emergency departments were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intravenous drug use and nursing education, while the observation group was given feed forward control on the basis of the control group. Incidence rate of doublesulfurlike reaction after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of doublesulfurlike reaction in the observation group was 1.67%, which was significantly lower than 6.67% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Feed forward control can significantly reduce the incidence rate of druginduced doublesulfurlike reaction and ensure the safety of medication.
