Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative care mode(CCM)on emotions of post-stroke depression(PSD)patients. Methods A total of 50 PSD patients were included and evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17). All patients received conventional treatment and CCM-based nursing interventions. The score of HAMD-17 at baseline and 3 months after treatment were assessed and compared. Results At three months after CCM intervention, the score of HAMD-17 in PSD patients was(9.03±5.12), which was lower than(21.52±4.33)at baseline, with a significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion Application of CCM can relieve the depression of PSD patients.
