Abstract:Stroke, as an acute onset of cerebrovascular accident, refers to the nervous system disease caused by disorder of blood vessels supplying the brain. The stroke, including the cerebral embolism, intracerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage, can lead to diffused or limited impairment of brain function. Globally, the stroke is the lifethreatening disease with high morbidity and mortality rate, and most of patients after stroke may suffer from dyskinesia, cognitive disorder, dysphagia and lalopathy. The purpose of stroke rehabilitation is to improve function and selfcare ability of daily living. It has been proved that early rehabilitation nursing can control and prevent the progress of the disease, and improve the sensorimotor response and exercise function of the patients. This study reviewed the nursing interventions on rehabilitation of stroke patients, including posture nursing, rehabilitation nursing, nursing staff preparation, psychological nursing, rehabilitation exercise, language rehabilitation training, prevention and treatment of bedsore nursing, dysphagia rehabilitation nursing and urinary incontinence care, so as to provide evidence to related research aiming to improve the quality of life of poststroke patients.
