：It is required to establish an effective reinfusion plan of digestive juice for the patient with multiple intestinal fistula after severe abdominal trauma, in order to maintain intestinal integrity and promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients. This paper reviewed the related studies on nursing management of patients with reinfusion of digestive juice. It briefly analyzed the aim of reinfusion of digestive juice and summarized the reinfusion methods, plan-making and related nursing measures, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing care of multiple intestinal fistula caused by severe abdominal trauma.
