Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with femoral fracture.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with femoral fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and conventional nursing care, respectively. Results The rate of excellent and good results assessed by Harris Hip Joint Function Scale was 91.89%(34/37) in observation group and 72.97%(27/37) in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had better outcomes in FriedmanWyman assessment and lower incidence of complications,compared with the controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote rehabilitation in elderly patients with femoral fracture and reduce incidence of complications.
机译：摘要：目的：探讨老年股骨骨折患者的综合康复护理。方法将74例老年股骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别采用综合康复护理和常规护理。结果哈里斯髋关节功能量表评定观察组优良率为91.89％（34/37），对照组为72.97％（27/37），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组与对照组相比，Friedman-Wyman评估结果更好，并发症发生率更低（P ＜0.05）。结论综合康复护理可促进老年股骨骨折患者的康复，并减少并发症的发生。
