:Objective To investigate the relationship between post-traumatic growth and resilience in 156 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)during protective isolation. Methods 〓Totally 156 patients with HSCT were selected by cluster sampling method. Patients with investigated with the general information questionnaire and Post-traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC). Results 〓The scores of PTGI and CD-RISC were(53.35±10.43)and(64.05±9.11)respectively, and there was a positive correlation between post-traumatic growth and mental resilience(r=0.772, P0.01). Conclusion 〓The post-traumatic growth of HSCT patients was positively correlated with their resilience. Targeted interventions should be carried out to improve patient resilience and to promote their post-traumatic growth level, in order to ensure the safety in protective isolation.
