Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative analgesia for patients with general surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing general surgery were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was given routing nursing care, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The postoperative analgesic effect and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The postoperative pain degree of patients in both two groups were decreased with prolonged time of nursing intervention. There was no significant difference in postoperative analgesic effect between two groups(P0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00%(48/50)in the study group and was 84.00%(42/50)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction and relieve the postoperative pain in patients undergoing general surgery.
机译：摘要：目的探讨综合护理干预对普通外科手术患者术后镇痛的作用。方法将100例接受普外科手术的患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予路线护理，研究组给予综合护理干预。比较两组的术后镇痛效果和对护理服务的满意度。结果两组患者术后疼痛程度均随着护理干预时间的延长而降低。两组术后镇痛效果无明显差异（P> 0.05）。研究组护理满意度为98.00％（48/50），对照组为84.00％（42/50），差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论实施综合护理干预可提高一般手术患者的护理满意度，减轻术后痛苦。
