hierarchy of becoming private space (Privacy), from absolutely general space in the city to completely private space "home" and having vision of private and semi-private space of people in our country with regard to the religious, cultural, social issues, etc. Since ancient times, has been very important, But according to the types of hierarchy in the environment (real and legal), in this study we will mainly investigate the satisfaction of residents (cottages) from relationship with inside their buildings (yard) and adjoining outdoor space (tall buildings), So in this research we have reached to hypotheses as "non-use from open spaces of property (yard) and their performance changing resulted from Sublime is as one of factors surrounding the property " and "citizens do not agree with increasing building density (height level) due to the violate principles of privacy and having vision ".The aim of this study is identifying the physical , social and cultural damage of building high level structure in the urban areas and it is looking for an opportunity to review the rules and regulations that exists in relation with density of building which eventually leads to providing solutions in this regard. Therefore, this paper emphasizes on the aspects of citizens' satisfaction in density increasing and it is assessed in many parts of privacy, having vision, emotion, interpretation and valuation. The statistical population is consisted of 250 persons (equally from both gender) that has been chosen with selective method and a questionnaire consisted of open and closed questions has been distributed among them, and data has been analyzed by "SPSS" software. The results show that correlation of two variables (density - privacy and having vision) is 0.393. And indicates that the average correlation intensity and direction of the relationship are positive, i.e. the more building density increases the more privacy - having vision and the open spaces (courtyards) are violated. As well as Cronbach's alpha coefficient is equal to (0.701). The obtained coefficient is reliable and generalizable to the population. Research method is in descriptive and analytic and surveying form and data gathering is in library and questionnaire form.
