Knowledge management has been one of the contemporary topics in the present era. There has been relationship existing between knowledge management, individual capability which includes skills like Cognitive skill, Technical ability, Analogue abilitywith increase to organizational capability and performance. This paper tries to bring conceptual framework for understanding that various concepts of knowledge management like knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing when practiced increases individual capability and other skills and simultaneously also helps the organisation to improve its capability and performance and organizational learning. To achieve this various review of literature relating to knowledge management, individual capability, organization capability and performance are reviewed. Nonako theory which emphasises that through knowledge management organizational learning is limited is also looked into. A conceptual framework is developed by offering central preposition to various factors like individual capability and skills where through knowledge management and individual skills and capability has a direct influence over organizational capability and performance.
