摘要

Procedure of obtaining of nandrolone-3-CMO-phosphatase alkaline, the most important reagent to be used in ELISA technique for assay of nandrolone from biological sample, was described. This paper presents synthesis of this enzymatic marker and enzymatic and immunological characteristics. There are also presented effect of a substrate concentration on the enzyme kinetics, time stability of the marker and also positive reaction of the marker with antinandrolone antibodies.
