Wepresenttheresultsofnear-infraredandopticalobservationsoftheBLLacobjectS50716$$+$$714,carriedoutwiththeKANATAtelescope.S50716$$+$$714hasbothalong-term,high-amplitudevariabilityandashort-termvariabilitywithinonenight.Theshortestvariability(microvariability)time-scaleisimportantforunderstandingthegeometryofjetsandthemagneticfield,becauseitprovidesapossibleminimumsizeofvariationsources.Here,wereportonthedetectionof15-minvariabilityinS50716$$+$$714,whichisoneoftheshortesttimescalesinopticalandnear-infraredvariationsobservedinblazars.Thedetectedmicrovariationhadanamplitudeof0.061$$pm$$0.005maginthe$$V$$bandandabluecolorof$$Delta$$($$V-J$$)$$=$$$$-$$0.025$$pm$$0.011.Furthermore,wesuccessfullydetectedanunprecedented,shorttime-scalepolarimetricvariation,whichcorrelatedwiththebrightnesschange.Werevealedthatthemicrovariationhadaspecificpolarizationcomponent.Thepolarizationdegreeofthevariationcomponentwashigherthanthatofthetotalflux.Theseresultssuggestthatthemicrovariabilityoriginatedfromasmallandlocalregionwherethemagneticfieldwasaligned.
